Education/Credentials: Ami is a member in good standing of the bar in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the Federal District Court of Massachusetts. Graduating magna cum laude from the University of Massachusetts School of Law, Ami is also a visiting scholar at the University of California Berkeley School of Law. She holds an undergraduate Bachelor’s of Arts degree from Purdue University.

Highlights: Ami holds a certificate of completion from the Massachusetts Bar Association’s Leadership Academy of 2023-2024. She started the firm by herself in 2019, prevailed in three trials in her first year of practice, is appointed as a Guardian Ad Litem in the Eastern Housing Court, and has been invited as faculty for the Practicing with Professionalism Program for New Lawyers.

Fun Fact: Ami is named after a French car made by Citroen. When not solving client’s problems, she enjoys being out on the water, driving her mini-cooper, and reading a good book.

Education/Credentials: Jon sat for the Massachusetts Bar Exam this past July, and we are delighted to announce he has joined the firm as an Associate. A 2023 Cum Laude graduate of the New England School of Law, Jon has distinguished himself academically, earning accolades such as the prestigious Sandra Day O’Connor Scholarship, the 2022-23 New England Scholar Award and inclusion on the Dean's List every semester of his enrollment. His study concentration was in business law, small firm practice, and estates and trust law. Before attending law school, Jon received a B.A. in Political Science and a Minor in Economics from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

Highlights: Jon helps research and draft motions to assist the firm's clients.

Fun Fact: in his free time, Jon collects and restores antique cast iron cookware.

Education/Credentials: Dana is an attorney with extensive U.S. and international experience in real estate matters, contracts, and litigation. She holds an LLM in Business and Commercial Law from Boston College Law School, and LLM in European Union Legislation, and a Juris Doctor from a private law school in Romania. She is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and brings a strong cross-border legal perspective shaped by her early career as a contract law attorney for a Belgium based company prior to relocating to the United States.

Highlights: With over 18 years of experience in real estate transactions, foreclosures and litigation, Dana has developed practical knowledge of complex property matters and legal processes.  She is known to be a strategic partner to her clients and has in a wide range of matters including real estate transactional work, business assets, corporations, litigation, collections, foreclosures, liens, and defense of related claims.  She represents a diverse clientele including home buyers and sellers, developers, contractors, condominium associations, and businesses.  

Fun Fact: Dana was once on a path to becoming a doctor but redirected herself to law school after watching the Italian series "La Piovra."

Education/Credentials: Justin is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Isenberg School of Management with a Major in Finance.  Justin's professional experience working as a property manager, rental agent, and a Massachusetts Licensed Real Estate Salesperson brings value to our clients.

Highlights: Justin is known for his consistently pleasant and professional demeanor. 

Fun Fact: Justin is a big fan of the Patriots, the Celtics, and Chelsea FC.
